David is the original founder of Comfort Commander and the vision behind where the company began. An entrepreneur at heart, he built his career through hard work, leadership, and a drive to create lasting value — from HVAC/R to rental property and beyond.

David retired in 2020, leaving behind a strong foundation and a legacy that continues to guide Comfort Commander today.

Krista dedicated 18 years to Comfort Commander as a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, faithfully supporting both customers and technicians with care, patience, and dependability.

Kandace is Comfort Commander’s Office Administrator and Finance Manager, and in 2023 she proudly stepped into the role of co-owner and CFO. She helps keep the business organized, steady, and moving forward with care and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Kandace enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her herd of regeneratively raised cattle.

After successfully managing Comfort Commander for three years, Daniel became CEO and co-owner in 2023. He leads with dedication, responsibility, and a strong commitment to serving both the team and the community.

Outside of Comfort Commander, Daniel serves as a local volunteer firefighter and Swift Water Rescue Technician.

Austin is a cornerstone of Comfort Commander’s story. For 20 years, he has helped shape the company from the field up, earning trust through leadership, technical knowledge, and a relentless commitment to doing the job right.

As Service Manager, co-owner, and COO, Austin leads with accountability, excellence, and a commitment to service that puts people first. His 20-year journey with Comfort Commander reflects hard work, growth, and dedication to building something that lasts.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys life with his growing family, raising honey bees and pigs, and building an impressive playground for his kids.

Austin joined Comfort Commander in 2022 with a strong foundation in HVAC installations and quickly rose to the challenge of service work. Since then, he has continued sharpening his skills and growing into a technician the team can count on.

Known for his consistency, diligence, and drive to improve, Austin brings steady focus to every job and takes pride in mastering his craft.

Linda joined the Comfort Commander team in 2022 as a remote Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, though she has been a familiar and trusted friend for many years. She quickly mastered the fast-paced role of dispatching and takes special care with every call, technician, and job from start to finish.

Outside of work, Linda is known for making amazing pumpkin bread — a team favorite!

Christopher joined Comfort Commander in 2023 and quickly became known for being up for any challenge. When asked how many pushups he can do, his answer is always, “One more than you” — a claim the younger guys are more than willing to test.

That same drive shows up in his work. Christopher takes real pride in anything he puts his hands to and frequently brings creative ideas to the team to help us better serve our customers.

Benny joined Comfort Commander in 2024 after building a strong career in the automotive industry, and it didn’t take long for him to feel like part of the family. He brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every challenge, using his practical experience and steady problem-solving to help customers feel cared for and confident.

Outside of work, Benny enjoys spending time with his lovely family, playing guitar, and working on his home — the same hands-on care he brings to everything he does.

Jose quickly became one of those people the whole team knows they can count on. Whether it’s parts, equipment, or materials, he shows up with a positive attitude, a contagious smile, and a willingness to help wherever he is needed.

From the very beginning, Jose felt like part of the Comfort Commander family. His dependable work ethic and kind spirit make a real difference every day, and we are grateful to have him on the team.

Erik is a valued member of the Comfort Commander team, known for his dependable work ethic and commitment to taking care of customers. He brings a steady, respectful approach to every job and takes pride in helping homeowners feel comfortable and confident in their HVAC system.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his family and practicing martial arts. His dedication, discipline, and focus show both on and off the job.

Anthony came to Comfort Commander from the automotive industry, bringing with him a hands-on mindset and a strong ability to troubleshoot. He is always ready to put his hands to a task, work through the details, and keep problem-solving until the job is done right.

Known for his meticulous approach and steady work ethic, Anthony takes pride in finding solutions and giving each job the attention it deserves.
